The Crisis and Recovery Services team of the St. Vincent Charity Health Campus is hosting a free art therapy session on Monday, November 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 in the St. Vincent Charity Community Health Center St. Vincent DePaul Room to help improve mental health and unleash creativity.
A professional art therapist will guide participants through various artistic techniques to express their emotions and enhance their well-being. Whether a seasoned artist or just starting out, this event is free and open to everyone. It's an opportunity to unwind, connect with others and discover the healing power of art.
This art therapy event is one in a series of free community events on the St. Vincent Charity campus in Cleveland to inspire, uplift and create a safe space for people to heal and grow.
