Donna Waites, CEO of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina, recently joined Madeleine McGee, Together SC president, for a virtual get together over lunch. They talked about Donna's first 90 days on the job and her passion for ending poverty in South Carolina. They also discussed what makes for the perfect grantor-grantee partnership, why the foundation is "all-in" on advocacy at the statehouse, as well as her vision for the organization.

Donna Waites became the president of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina in July, after having worked for ministries of the Sisters of Charity Health System for more than 20 years.
