The collective efforts, services and grantmaking of the Sisters of Charity Health System directly or indirectly benefitted more than 1 million people in 2025. The newly released Mission in Action: 2025 Impact Report highlights key data and outcomes from our ministries, programs and foundations.
The Sisters of Charity Health System oversees a diverse array of ministries, programs and initiatives
dedicated to health, human services, housing, education and spiritual care, as well as grantmaking
foundations in Ohio and South Carolina. These foundations are focused on reducing poverty, working to end homelessness, and improving educational and health outcomes in underserved communities.
This report represents more than numbers. It is a reflection of a collective mission in action that spans Cleveland, Canton and South Carolina, where each of us plays a distinct role in advancing healing, service and human dignity. The report is our shared opportunity to step back, come together and tell that story — not as individual organizations, but as one connected ministry.
