St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and Joseph’s Home receive CVS Health community grants

CVS Health recently provided community grants to both St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and Joseph’s Home to help increase access to quality health care services and improve health outcomes. St. Vincent Charity received a $10,000 grant to support its diabetes education program. Joseph’s Home received a $5,000 grant to help provide nursing care to its acutely ill homeless residents.
