Catholic Community Connection

Catholic Community Connection

Catholic Community Connection is a unique collaboration of Catholic-sponsored education, health care, human services and senior living ministries. Working out of a shared mission of Catholic identity and values, Catholic Community Connection fosters collaboration in response to human needs across all stages of life.

Catholic Community Connection

Catholic Community Connection offers valuable programs, services and resources for individuals, groups and communities across Northeast Ohio. Equally important is the organization’s role of convener, catalyst, clearinghouse and community connector. Each member organization is an important anchor in the community and contributes to the well-being of Cleveland’s civic fabric.

A strategic planning process in 2008 set the stage for new, community-based activities from Catholic Community Connection, including marketing and outreach; wellness programming; increased utilization of group purchasing; more robust coordination of care and services, including a dedicated phone line and an experienced Nurse Navigator; and new collaborative efforts to better advocate for sound public policy to strengthen communities and families, especially the vulnerable, persons with disabilities, children and seniors.
