Catholic Community Connection to host annual symposium on servant leadership “Take Action, Inspire Growth, Build Community”

Catholic Community Connection is hosting its annual symposium on servant leadership October 6 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, with a networking reception following the symposium. The symposium is designed to connect upcoming and seasoned professionals to cultivate servant leadership in personal and professional life.

Father Joseph E. Simmons S.J., is delivering the keynote address. The symposium includes a panel discussion with local community leaders, as well as three breakout sessions:

  • Take Action—defining a call to action
  • Inspire Growth—personal, professional and spiritual
  • Build Community—embracing the power of diversity (interfaith panel)

The cost is $20 to attend. Students attend for free. Click here to register.

Catholic Community Connection, which is organizing the symposium, is an organization of Catholic sponsored education, health care, human services and senior living ministries, fosters collaboration to respond to the needs of all people within the Diocese of Cleveland.
