SCHS team raises funds for Ronald McDonald House at Tackle the Tower

A team of four employees from the Sisters of Charity Health System finished in third place in the team competition of the Tackle the Tower stair climb. The event was held February 7 at Erieview Tower in Cleveland to benefit families staying at Ronald McDonald House. The SCHS team of Joseph Purton, Andrew Motz, Robin Stursa and Laura Cappetto tackled 37 flights of stairs with a cumulative time of about 33 minutes.

Over the course of its history, the stair climb event has raised more than $1 million for Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, helping some 90,000 individuals who were dealing with their child's illness or injury.
