St. John Medical Center celebrates employee milestones

St. John Medical Center (SJMC) recently honored nearly 200 employees for anniversaries of 10, 15, 20 and more years working at SJMC. President and CEO William A. Young welcomed the employees to the milestone celebration, thanking them for their years of service.

Young said that SJMC is performing at a very high level of excellence, which is due in large part to the commitment and professionalism of the employees to bring today’s advanced technologies to the community with care and compassion. Sr. Judith Ann Karam, congregational leader for the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine, joined with Young in recognizing the milestone employees.

Dr. Michael Adornetto echoed the same sentiments of appreciation as he recognized 10-year, 15-year and 20-year employees of Westshore Primary Care, which is affiliated with SJMC.

St. John Medical Center is co-owned by the Sisters of Charity Health System and University Hospitals.
