U.S. News and World Report notes two Sisters of Charity hospitals among best in regional and specialty rankings

Released today, U.S. News and World Report’s coveted annual Best Hospitals rankings for 2014-2015 recognize two hospitals of the Sisters of Charity Health System – Mercy Medical Center and St. John Medical Center – as being among the best in Ohio, and as delivering high performance care in multiple specialties.

The rankings, now in their 25th year, cover nearly 5,000 medical centers across the country and span 16 medical specialties, from cancer to neurology & neurosurgery. Hospitals that ranked nationally in any specialty have the skill and experience to treat the most complex and demanding cases that can arise in that area of medicine.

Specifically, Mercy Medical Center and St. John Medical Center received the following recognitions:

     - Ranked #4 in Cleveland metro area
