Mercy Medical Center’s Mercy Service League holding Souper Bowl fundraising event Sunday

Mercy Medical Center’s Mercy Service League will host a “Souper Bowl” soup tasting fundraising event Sunday, January 26, from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Mercy Health Center and STATCARE of Jackson, 7337 Caritas Circle NW, Massillon. Tickets are $25 per person and include unlimited soup tastings, bread, dessert, cash bar and many silent auction items.

Attendees will enjoy soup samplings  from a variety of local establishments, including Basil Asian Bistro, Bella Sera Pizzeria & Ristorante, Brookside Country Club, The Canton Club, Fishers Catering Company, Gregory’s Family Restaurant, Kozmo’s, Smiley’s Ristorante & Pizzaria, Zoup! The Fresh Soup Company and more. Fresh bread will be provided by Einstein Bros Bagels and desserts will be prepared by the culinary art students at Canton South High School, Hoover High School and R. G. Drage Career Technical Center.

All proceeds from the event benefit Mercy Dental Services & General Practice Dental Residency Endowment for Mercy Medical Center.
