NFL player selects Healthy Learners to receive a portion of merchandise proceeds

Marcus Lattimore, a former football player at the University of South Carolina and now a player on the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League, has selected Healthy Learners to receive a portion of proceeds from merchandise sales through his new fan website.

Lattimore chose Healthy Learners over a number of other non-profit organizations. The proceeds will benefit Healthy Learners and the children it serves, as well as help provide publicity beyond South Carolina.

“We are thrilled that Marcus chose Healthy Learners from a list of worthy non-profits. This new partnership will generate much needed revenue and promote our organization on a national platform. A win-win all around,” said Todd Buehrig, director of development for Healthy Learners.

Healthy Learners is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System. Click here to visit his fan website.
