Last day to receive early bird discount for Annual Mercy Health Run Classic

As part of Mercy Medical Center’s commitment to the promotion of health and physical fitness in the community, Mercy Sports Medicine will once again host the 29th annual Mercy Health Run Classic on Saturday, May 14. This 5k road-race will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the start and finish at Mercy Health Center of North Canton, located at 6200 Whipple Avenue NW. A free 0.6 mile kids fun run will take place at 8 a.m. Children of all ages are welcome to participate.

All registered runners will be entered in a drawing for two AirTran tickets to anywhere they travel in the continental United States.

The cost is $20 for online or paper registration received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 12. Participants can register online at or call 330-966-8920 for more information about paper registration. Same day registration begins at 7 a.m., and the cost is $25. All pre-registered runners will receive a Mercy Health Run t-shirt.
