Key Initiatives:
Supportive Housing: More than $1.2 million has assisted the local Housing First coalition in reducing chronic homelessness with new housing models that connect residents to on-site support services. An investment of $8 million since 1998 has helped to increase affordable housing by 4,000 units.

Health & Educational Disparities: A broad community initiative launched in 2007 to improve health literacy – the ability to communicate and understand basic health information.

Women Religious: Support for the health and social service ministries of Catholic Women Religious that form a critical part of a community’s capacity to help those most in need.
