The Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine renovated their motherhouse, Mount Augustine, to address the increasing need of aging religious for extended nursing care. Features 101 skilled nursing beds, 54 assisted living units, a 17-bed care unit for dementia, and in-patient and outpatient geriatric rehabilitation services for retired members of 14 Catholic religious congregations, diocesan clergy and laity.

Key Accomplishments:
• Cared for more than 300 elderly residents since 2002

• Recognized with the Circle of Excellence award for being a deficiency-free facility by the National Association of Nursing Administration, Long Term Care winner.
