Joseph’s Home selected again for Good News Giving

For the second year in a row, The Plain Dealer readers selected Joseph’s Home, a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, as one of 20 nonprofit groups to receive funds from the Good News Giving program from Northeast Ohio Media Group (The Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com). Joseph’s Home will receive editorial coverage and free advertising in the newspaper and online during the holiday season. The groups selected will share in as much as $200,000 in community donations to the Good News Giving program.

“We deeply appreciate the efforts of everyone who helped by voting or asking others to vote for Joseph's Home,” said Joseph’s Home Executive Director Georgette Jackson. “This award has a tremendous impact on our ability to serve our acutely ill homeless residents. The publicity and advertising help to expand our base of support and the funds go directly toward the programs and services that help our guys to heal.”

Joseph's Home is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System.
