Early Childhood Resource Center hosts "A Day In Candy Land" for families in northeast Ohio

A ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, the Early Childhood Resource Center promotes the healthy development of children by improving the quality of early education and care through comprehensive programming, resources and support services for families and early childhood professionals.

On September 29, northeast Ohioans can support ECRC’s tremendous efforts by participating in their transformation of the Cultural Center for the Arts in Canton into a life-size Candy Land.

This fun-filled family event will feature:

•    A life-size, interactive game board with live Candy Land characters (including free professional photos)
•    Enchanting treats and surprises, giveaways and entertainment
•    Music, magic and dancing
•    A “Family Fun Village” with hands-on activities and snacks

This event is not just for small children. A Day In Candy Land’s clever setting and animated entertainment are designed to be equally as engaging for nostalgic grownups as for preschoolers.

Join the Sisters of Charity Health System at this event from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets cost $15 per person (children young than 2 years old are free). Net proceeds benefit the ECRC’s programs and resources for families and early childhood professionals.
