Providence Hospitals Joins LifePoint Health

LifePoint Health and the Sisters of Charity Health System today announced that the acquisition of Providence Hospitals by LifePoint Health has been completed. In joining LifePoint, Providence will have access to new resources that will further enhance quality care and strengthen its ability to expand the services it provides.
