Central Promise Neighborhood hosts back-to-school rally

Families lined up outside the Friendly Inn Settlement in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood before doors opened at noon on Monday for the annual Back to School Rally. School representatives, community support organizations and barbers filled the auditorium, offering back to school supplies and advice on how to choose the best school, as well as free haircuts.
