Concert by Nashville Musicians to Benefit Healthy Learners

In the spirit of Nashville and its famous Bluebird Café, local musicians will share their songs and the stories behind them on June 30 at “Songwriters in the Round,” an annual benefit for Healthy Learners. Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland invites you to see "Beyond the Bricks"

The Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland, a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, is sponsoring a public screening of the film "Beyond the Bricks," a documentary that explores and promotes solutions to the "long running crisis in American education: the low performance and dismal graduation rates of school-age Black males." The movie will be shown the evening of Feb. 21 at Cuyahoga Community College, along with a question and answer session with the director Derek Koen and Dr. Ivory Toldson, author of the Breaking Barriers Report.
